Yesterday’s seminar was on high school senior photography. Ralph and his staff are considered one of the best studios in the country for school photography. He covered alot of material today and my head is still swimming. He gave his techniques on areas such as marketing, lighting, posing, customer service, and image touch-ups. These seminars really are wonderful.

Today’s workshop was hosted by Dave Huntsman and Jessica Vogel. This was a smaller, more focused class with live demonstrations on studio posing and lighting and studio management. Once again, another excellent class.

I head home tomorrow morning. I am really looking forward to the KPPA Annual Convention in January. Not only will they have their big print competition, but there will be at least 4 days of seminars! Two that I am already looking forward to are by David Ziser and Lori Nordstrom. Should be very inspiring.
